In this book you will see daily routine of a Muslim child's life from sunrise to sunset while performing religious rituals of morning prayer to countless blessings till night.

Rhyming book that will help your child count things around him/her including hands for dua, bags of sadaqah, jugs of Zam Zam, Hajj, tasbeeh along with other rituals. The beginning of this book makes one feel like it says about 8.
I loved to see shoes being arranged outside masjid which is much needed to see in Muslim children's books in my opinion to teach manners of visiting masjid/mosque.

My most favorite part of this book was the see Surah Ikhlas written in its real Arabic text. You will see some real material being used for illustration that you want to touch and feel.
Though beginning of this book makes one feel like we Muslims wakeup for morning prayer with sunrise which isn't the case. With sunrise, morning prayer time finishes. I'm not sure if this was being done to balance rhyme?

It comes with glossary and Author's note at the end where she tells us about Muslim mathematicians and astronomers who helped develop algebra and geometry to create elaborated patterns in Islamic art. If you have seen the previous 2 books in this series, I'm sure you are definitely going to love this one as well.

Having homemade food is something special to Desi mom's I would say. No, we don't go out without taking our delicious homemade food and absolutely NO to outside food (Yes, still passing on generation to generation).

I'm not if this is only my daughter or if someone else has noticed illustrations that parents look old especially mom. My daughter asked me the reason and I had no answer. Also, just wished to see glossary of difficult words at the end like Shabash, bahir ajao anda, roti etc.

Have you seen this book for younger kids? MS marvel Kamala Khan by Penguin Random House Canada

This simple book tells kids how Kamala Khan turned into Ms. Marvel and how she tries to balance between her Muslim identity, family friends and chores while fighting against super Villans.

Newly released book brings smile on your face when you see Kamala Khan sitting on praying mat along with her immigrant parents and her brother Aamir with Kufi and beard.

My only concern is that in one illustration Kamala Khan and one other woman while sitting on praying mats, their hair is showing off from their headscarf which is usually not the case when you wear hijab.
.
That's the whole point of wearing it from Muslim point of view I would say. Hijab is to cover your hair, all and completely. What do you think?
Yasmin Series:
Yasim is a 𝐏𝐚𝐤𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐢 𝐀𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐧 character who is always struggling with challenges around her e.g. She isn't an artist but she made amazing painting, she isn't a cook but she made amazing food and she became zoo keeper for a day as well. She belongs to a 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐢 𝐇𝐢𝐣𝐚𝐛𝐢 family where you can see her old grandpa on wheelchairs who is always ready to help her along with her grandma.
At the end of each book, you learn some amazing facts about 𝐏𝐚𝐤𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧 along with new vocabulary and some cool crafts sometimes like 𝑘𝑎𝑚𝑒𝑒𝑧 𝑠𝑢𝑛 𝑐𝑎𝑡𝑐ℎ𝑒𝑟 𝑎𝑛𝑑 𝑠𝑐𝑒𝑛𝑡𝑒𝑑 𝑝𝑒𝑛𝑐𝑖𝑙𝑠 etc. Yasim series shows life of Pakistani American child in public school system where you can see diverse characters
These book series are for intermediate readers and my kids are in love with Yasmin and her ideas as she always has one. Sometimes you flip page and you feel like... Oh! It's finished already? 
Will love to see more books in this series.
Halal Hot Dogs:
Friday is very special day for Muslims and many of us like to celebrate it with some treats like Musa's family. Halal hot dogs is published by Simon & Schuster Canada. Musa is Palestinian American child who loves to have his Friday treats with his family. Lately they made it different where each member of their family started picking special treats till it was Musa's turn and he picked Halal hotdogs with Salam Sauce. My kids loved this book so much because it starts with Assalam Alaikum and Musa's super long Arab name make them giggle always.
Thing that we loved in this book is traditional Palestinian cloths along with their special dance called "Dabake". Musa will teach you actual steps which he has learnt from his grandfather. The most visible and unique feature of this book that I really liked is, imperfect family, low expectations and full of forgiveness. As parents these features can help you reflect on your own parenting style. Most important, it doesn't talk only about Halal Hotdogs or Palestinian food but actually it will show you diverse cultural foods as well e.g. Tacos, Falafel, Sheesh Kabab etc.
I have read this book several times already so I think I can rewrite it now as well 
It comes with a glossary at the end along with the author's note that is worth reading.

My Grandma and me:
"Grandchildren are for grandparents" and this book can help you reflect "How?" Having grandma is such a blessing that you can only understand if your grandma lives far away and you haven't visited her in a while (Global pandemic and grandmas living in other countries? I can understand very well).

Fasting through the beautiful month of Ramadan with Irani grandma, praying while wearing Chador, visiting mosque and feeding poor is something that you will see in my grandma and me.

Beautiful autobiographic tale where you will learn about Muslim and Christian grandmas being friends. There are very few titles about Muslim Grandma and this is our most favorite one now

Praying with your grandma (or probably on top of her?), old grandma sewing machine to stitch her chador, playing hopscotch and like every child's imagination for grandma's chador to make rocket or to fly with it to reach moon (I challenge you must have done this too and watching your kids doing the same).

I enjoyed to see beautiful and most famous Irani carpets, Hijabi women, to receive fresh bread without leaving 3rd apartment with your "basket" from bread delivery boy.
My First Muslim Potty book:
I always preferred to potty train my child through books rather than screen times and there wasn't anything available for Muslim kids until I saw this super cute 𝐚𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐝 𝐰𝐢𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐛𝐨𝐨𝐤. It was my first-time seeing book written for Muslim child in super cute way Masha Allah that help teaches your child learn Islamic washroom manners.
Rhyming, diverse characters and practicing Muslim family are some of our favorite features of this book. A father's assistance in potty training a child is worth seeing in this book.
It starts with notes to parents full of tips, signs and ways to potty trains. It ends with glossary as well as Ｑｕｒａｎ ａｎｄ Ｈａｄｉｔｈ with some duas to learn. How awesome?
